Associate Program
Our full-time, paid Associate Program is thoughtfully designed for recent graduates in cosmetology and esthetics who are ready to take their craft to the next level.
As an Associate, you’ll train hands-on alongside one of our talented in-salon educators, gaining real-world experience and learning how to deliver a premium, personalized guest experience. This one-to-one mentorship gives you a powerful advantage as you launch your career - combining daily coaching, technical education, and behind-the-chair training.
Full-time Associates can earn up to $35,000 annually, with access to world-class classes and nationally recognized educators. You’ll also have dedicated Opportunity Days each week to build your own clientele, refine your skills, and grow with confidence.
Guest Services
Our Guest Service Experts are the heartbeat of the front of house - welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and care. Whether in person or over the phone, you’ll ensure every client experience is seamless from start to finish.
You’ll receive thorough training in guest communication, service recommendations, and at-home care guidance, empowering you to confidently support both our clients and service providers.
