

Cancellations
With consideration of all our guests and our service providers, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to hold any appointment via our online portal. Any reservation cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice before the reservation time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked reservation value. No call/no show reservations will be charged 100% or the reservation value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.
Service Adjustments
Our goal is to meet your expectations during every visit. Guests may contact us within 3 days of their service(s) for any changes they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look-and you did not originally receive that service-you will be charged full price for that service.
New Guests
- We require a deposit for all lightening, creative color, corrective color or any appointments booked for more than an hour. The appointment must be canceled 48 hours before the appointment or a refund will not be given. Appointments canceled in less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee for half the cost.
No-Show Appointments
There will be a full service charge for a no-show appointment, which must be paid before any future visit.
Changing Stylists
Please feel free to change stylists within the salon at your convenience. This provides you with a variety of talent and some flexibility in booking appointments. We suggest having two or three regularly so you are always assured of knowledgeable, personalized service regardless of emergencies, vacations, illness or unexpected travel plans.
Children & Pets
Bespoke welcomes minors receiving services while accompanied by an adult. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, we strictly prohibit unsupervised minors in the salon.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love the products you choose to support your look at home. We will happily exchange any home-care product that you purchase from our salon company for something better suited for your needs.
We can not offer a return or exchange of custom ordered hair extensions.
